San Diego State University

San Diego State University is a public research university, founded in 1897. The university is the largest and third oldest college of the 23 Cal State University campuses. San Diego State has a student body of 34,688 and an alumni body of over 280,000.

  • Aztec Bowl: the stadium cost $500,000 to complete in 1935. The open air stadium contains 4,280 seats.
